The organisation carries out its activities on the basis of legality, humanity, common interests and equality of rights of its members, as well as transparency, voluntariness and self-organisation. The organisation unites its members on a professional basis and on the basis of unity of interests - doctors of all specialisations, according to the nomenclature of medical specialties of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, whose professional activity is related to the promotion of protection and strengthening of health of the Ukrainian people, development of national medical science, and other common interests related to aspects of human health.

The main goal of the organisation is to improve the system of communication between a radiologist and an X-ray laboratory technician and other medical professionals. We aim to provide the exchange of best practices between doctors of different specialisations, to create an optimal diagnostic and treatment path for a patient between specialists using modern methods of diagnostic radiology and treatment.

We aim to promote the scientific research, implementation of innovative technologies in diagnostics, development of national medical science, participation in solving medical problems, promotion of professional growth of medical professionals, provision of scientific, methodological, informational and organisational assistance to the members of the Organisation, as well as satisfaction and protection of social, economic, creative and other interests of the members of the Organisation.

We promote the implementation of the basic principles of the state policy on solving problems arising in the field of screening, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases based on the principles of interdisciplinary collegiality.

Based on the ideals of humanism and compassion, the organisation aims to engage in charitable activities, provide charitable grants; hold conferences, seminars, trainings, congresses, round tables, press conferences, forums, meetings, public hearings, training (educational) courses, professional schools, lectures, symposia, congresses, concerts, festivals and other public events and continuing professional education activities.
